Shipping & Delivery:
Feed ships the same day. For orders received during pre-ordering, we will reach out to discuss the timeline to delivery. UNLESS ON PRE-ORDER, Hybrid Striped Bass are shipped on Monday evening via priority overnight and arrive by 12:00pm (noon) on Tuesday.
Orders placed before Thursday will go out the following Monday. More on shipping:

How do I know whether this package fits my pond?
Review the hybrid striped bass count and feed included in this package, then compare that fish count with your pond’s surface acreage and the fish already present. Our hybrid striped bass guidance is 100 fish per acre with other predatory fish, or 200 per acre when hybrid striped bass are the only predators. Review the hybrid striped bass product description for the available fish sizes and purchase quantities.
Will fish and feed from the same order arrive together?
Will larger forage fish be protected from predators?
Larger fish can be harder for some predators to swallow, but size alone does not protect them. Match the forage size to the predator fish and your goal. A fish bought as immediate food and a fish bought to establish breeding stock may call for different choices.
How do I confirm my delivery date?
Please contact us before ordering if you need a particular date. We will confirm the shipping and arrival dates for your order. Availability, permits, weather and carrier service can affect timing. Overnight service describes transit after shipment, not the day after you order.
Can the fish sit on my porch until I get home?
No. Arrange for someone to be present when FedEx delivers, receive the fish immediately and introduce them into their prepared pond or tank within 15 minutes of the logged delivery time. Direct sun, extreme heat or extreme cold can quickly become fatal. If nobody can be there, contact us before the shipment is scheduled.
